Hi Sandy, When I made my foward controls I found out that one end is reverse thread. Rather than buying a DIE and making a new rod (as I could not find easly a rod w/ metric threads, std and rev), I opted to get a piece of small tubing, at a metal shop, and welding that over top. Easy for me I guess, I have a welder. Hope this helps.
